Belangrijke informatie in verband met
het COVID-19 virus (Corona)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Er is wereldwijd sprake van besmetting met het coronavirus. De essentie van de Nederlandse aanpak is om het virus maximaal te controleren, waarbij kwetsbare groepen worden beschermd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wij hebben de reguliere pati\u00ebntenzorg hervat. Het beleid dat we volgen, is dat we alleen mensen in de  praktijk toelaten, waarvan we met vrij grote zekerheid weten dat ze gezond zijn.
Als u daarom op \u00e9\u00e9n van de volgende vragen \u2018ja\u2019 antwoordt dan verzoeken wij u om uw afspraak een paar weken te verplaatsen.<\/p>\n\n\n

    \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tBent u of een huisgenoot momenteel in afwachting van de testuitslag van een corona-test ?;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n\n

    \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tHeeft u nu of in de afgelopen 24 uur \u00e9\u00e9n of meerdere van de volgende symptomen die passen bij corona: verkoudheidsklachten (zoals neusverkoudheid, loopneus, niezen, keelpijn), hoesten, verhoging of koorts (meer dan 38\u2070C), kortademigheid of benauwdheid of reuk- en\/of smaakverlies ?;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n\n

    \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tHeeft u op dit moment een huisgenoot met koorts of benauwdheidsklachten ?;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n\n

    \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tHeeft u nu corona of bent u genezen van corona korter dan 2 weken geleden ?;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n\n

    \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tHeeft u nu huisgenoten met corona ?;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n\n

    \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tWoont u in een verpleeghuis of instelling voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking ?.<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

           *<\/strong> = verplichte quarantaine, vanwege nauw contact met iemand waarbij het coronavirus is vastgesteld of omdat u korter <\/span>dan 10 dagen geleden bent teruggekeerd uit een land\/regio met code oranje of rood waarvoor in Nederland (thuis)quarantaine geldt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Omdat handhygi\u00ebne bij deze virusuitbraak een belangrijk bron van besmetting blijkt te zijn, zullen wij u bij betreden van de praktijk vragen uw handen te desinfecteren met handalcohol of te wassen met water en zeep. We verzoeken u daarna uw gezicht en zaken zoals mobiele telefoons niet meer aan te raken. In de wachtruimte en bij het maken van afspraken, proberen we met elkaar zo goed mogelijk de 1,5 meter afstand te bewaren, die door de Rijksoverheid wordt geadviseerd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tKom niet te vroeg, het liefst kort voor de afspraaktijd.<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n\n
    • \n\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tKom alleen naar uw afspraak, indien strikt noodzakelijk mag maximaal 1 ouder of begeleider meekomen.<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n\n
    • \n\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\tVerlaat na uw behandeling zo spoedig mogelijk de praktijk.<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

      Ik zal u ontvangen met een glimlach, maar u de hand niet schudden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Voor alle behandelingen zal ik u 1 minuut laten spoelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
